TWFC - HEAD COACH

TWFC is looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced Head Coach who values player development. This person will lead and mentor our youth academy players along their development journey.

TYPE: CONTRACTOR

WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

• The person holding this job must demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm, passion and energy with a dedication to work and develop players between 4-14 years old.
• Has availability to coach weekdays between the hours of 5:00PM to 9:00PM, plus games on the weekends.
• Has experience coaching at the Club, High School, or Intercollegiate level.
• Insure that all club activities are performed in a safe and healthy environment.
• Find creative ways to teach the clubs curriculum.
• Focus on the technical development of academy players while following club philosophy "How We Coach".
• Must be willing to work as part of a team to help the club progress to new levels.
• Successful applicant must pass  background checks, upon offer.
