Process for New Players to Texas Warriors Football Club:

1. New players to TWFC please complete the form above.
2. You will be contacted by a TWFC Head Coach/Team Manager with a schedule to attend for player evaluation.

Note: Current TWFC Players do not need to complete the form or process. You will be sent direct information.
