Texas Warriors FC develops players to understand the game more deeply. In youth soccer, attention often stays on what is easiest to recognize: the pass, the touch, the finish, the move. Those details matter, but they do not define the player on their own. The game is shaped by what happens before, around, and after the action: what a player sees, how quickly they interpret the moment, and whether they understand what the situation demands.
At TWFC, we develop players to see clearly, think quickly, and act with purpose.
Our coaching is grounded in positional, possession-based football and built around the belief that technique must serve understanding. We train players to recognize pressure early, interpret space, connect decisions to the collective, and respond to the game with intelligence and composure.
From the earliest stages of development, we emphasize the foundations that elevate performance: communication, scanning, body shape, and timing of movement. These are not secondary details. They shape how a player receives information, relates to teammates, and influences the rhythm of the game.
We are not interested in isolated talent without context. We value players who can adapt, coordinate, solve problems, and contribute to a shared idea of play. The objective is not simply to produce capable individuals, but teams that understand the game together.
The standards that shape strong footballers also shape strong people.
Discipline, attention to detail, patience, accountability, and composure extend beyond the field. The way a player trains becomes part of who they are becoming.
Founded in 2017 in North Texas, Texas Warriors FC is led by Kevin Perreira, who directs the club’s strategy, curriculum, and coaching standards across the organization. Every team is coached with clarity. Every player is developed with intention. Every part of the club reflects a defined football identity.
The difference is not in what we say. It is in what our players learn to see.
